No you do not. If you are not at home, we will leave the delivery at your porch or doorstep, just depends on your instructions. On your welcome call with customer service you’ll be able to give them detailed instructions of where, when, and how to make it easier for you and the driver. You do not need to sign for your water either unless you have that as a requirement.

Yes. If you go on vacation and want to pause your service, you can do that in your account, HERE or from your APP.  There is no penalty.

Sure, anytime. Just call, email, or cancel service in your account settings in the APP. Your final pickup in this case will be your empty bottles. Your last statement will reflect the refund for the returned glass. We’ll be waiting with a cold bottle of California Glacial.
